'Skirts referendum' in high school

ITU Ekrem Elginkan High School had taken a controversial decision determining the school's uniform as consisting of trousers rather than skirts. After it saw a great reaction from parents, it was agreed to go for a referendum.

Parents were asked to choose between "free dress" and "school uniform". Two other options "just trousers" and "trousers and skirts" were included in the school uniform.

Here are the results:

Valid votes: 163
Free dress: 6
Trousers and skirts: 81
Just trousers: 76
