Top 7 richest economies or highest standards of living is always the safest bet IMO. Immigrants go where the money is, they don't care who hates them or likes them, as they shouldn't.
I think this is the price you pay when you are richer and a nicer guy than everyone else, even on individual bases.

Anywhere would be fine I guess. I wouldn't worry about meeting a hostile environment. Most of Europe is fine for you to visit, even places that hardly see an Asian person.
