I became interested in belly dancing, because I was looking for a creative outlet as a teenager. Belly dance popped into my brain so I went to a middle eastern restaurant to watch a belly dancer, then I asked her if she gave lessons, and she said yes and then I became hooked.

Culinary, I make all kinds of things Stuffed sword fish, various salmon dishes, southern fried chicken and of course I enjoy making various cuisines that come from my ethnic background. I like exploring the world of culinary arts.
