I started at 1936, allied with the Germans, and built nothing but IC until 1938, and then began mass-producing cheap militia units and overran my neighbours.

I formed Italy too,with Milano(it had a better position for conquest) and then I expanded into Africa and the Americas.

It's more easy with Naples: many ships for colonization, manpower and position.

I know but I prefer a challenge. I also formed the "Kingdom of God" with the Papal State=conquered all of Italy with it. Nothing fancy about it though,you just have Papacy all over Italy but you can't change the form of government or form Italy,also the there is no more "Catholic bonus" for the rest of the catholic states.
