A European Folk Tale i read

I read a European Folk Tale but i forgot how it was named or where i read it, maybe someone knows the tale. It is about a kid who plays flute and tortures a jew, to press out money from him, the jew brings it to court and looses, the jew needs to repay the kid. the point of the story was that it is ok to steal the money of a jew.

Anyone knows what im talking about?

conflict sounds as if it was a war etc. like conflict with ottoman empire etc. it is my impression i get from the word, but it was that europeans persecuted jews

its no use you can provide facts, historical data, numbers, observances etc...to liberals and they will never understand. Graphs and scientific data still make no difference to liberals.
