Albanians have (as I've already said on this thread few pages before) a lot of phenotypes, it varies from region to region.
But in general, I would say that Albanians are somethin in between (like in Geography) Serbians and Greeks.
For example, southern Serbians looks more similar to Albanians than to Northern Serbians, but than again from various Albanian regions; Albanians do not look in general to Greeks etc...
Even though Albanians have many phenotypes amongst their people, I would say that Dinarid is the most dominant, which exclude Bulgarians in a second, because Dinarid phenotype is not that common in Bulgaria while It's dominant in Serbia.
On the other hand, Dinarid phenotype is also common in Greece but in Greece it comes as "Dinarization" rather than Dinarid as a person phenotype.
So as I've said: Albanians in general are like somethin in between Serbs and Greeks.

SERBIAN GENETICS
According to project "Srpski DNA projekat " (including both Serbs from Serbia and Serbs from Bosnia) the most frequent haplogroups are R1a and I2.
http://poreklo.rs/srpski-dnk-projekat/
According to study based on a very small sample, the most frequent haplogrup in Serbia is I2, then E1b.

Greeks look like Italians.
Serbs look like other ex Yugoslavs.
Albanians have your own distinct look.
