Greeks are around 10% blond and they are mostly like central italians in terms of pigmentation. Northern italians should have far more light haired individuals among them.

agree about the measure thing ...many here seem to only consider the very light types as blonde

That map is based on Renato Biasutti studies that used datas from previous Ridolfo Livi works. Of course, I don't know if the map has been made properly, and if Biasutti studies are fine. By the way, Biasutti and Livi were real anthropologist.
