Never could an article highlight the difference between two groups of people in one nation. Whilst the people of the West are very down to Earth, friendly and open - to the point of being painfully so - the people of the East are reserved, austere and generally more inclined to hide their thoughts and emotions.
Sara Hartly administrator of IllicitEncounters.com even goes onto mention:
"In our opinion, Devon have just been much more honest in their answers."
I did find this paragraph interesting:
"The Western Isles, which is widely considered to be one of the most religious places in the UK, has a higher percentage of website members than most other counties."
I wouldn't have thought it was we are religious as such, but more inclined to treat with respect our cultural heritage and values, which was mentioned by the article.
