I am half Colchian. my mother is Mingrelian so I can not be jealous toward Lazes. But Crimea was not part of the Kingdom of Colchis.

Oh dear.. Yours are like little complaints along with my posts that consisting of Laz People from both mainstream & ordinary life.

You should search for expansion of Colchis especially around Black Sea.

Genetically the Laz people are mostly of Caucasian/West Asian background as one would expect. Y-DNA haplogroup G2a, J2a, J1 and L1b are common among them.
