Lets say that France overlaps a bit on the south with italy and Spain and on the north with GB, the Beneloux and perhaps in some extent Germany.

On my neck of the woods there's this stereotype of the French latino leaning dude, such as Oliver Martinez or Jean Reno which actually are of iberian heritage I know that but for the average Joe that's the way French stereotypically look like.

I personally know some french that could pass in Scandinavia but to our eyes those phenotypes look more like an stereotypical "Gringo" or Anglosaxon,. more than anything.

Funny that you brought up that "latino" looking stereotype of an average frenchman using Oliver Martinez and Jean Reno as examples because both of them are Iberian, not French.
I think if I had to pick just one face that would represent a morph of all French phenotypes it would be that of Nicolas Duvauchelle.

Alizée est Corse, je crois, Jean Reno Italien, celle qui se tient les cheveux est maghrébine (elle ressemble a une Marocaine) et le tout premier je sais pas qui c'est mais il est assez Français niveau look.

Juan "Jean Reno" Moreno est par le sang 100% hispanique, d'une famille juive installée en Algérie (mais il me semble qu'il est catholique). Olivier Martinez est un acteur à moitié espagnol, il est d'ailleurs assez typé (même si ça ressort moins sur la photo).

White Russians are pretty old immigration by now. I think I know one person of full Russian blood.

Jean Reno is Spanish, not part Italian.
Alizee is Corsican.
Lara Fabian is Belgian and Sicilian.

Alizée's family name isn't Corsican, so she's most likely from a mixed continental-islander family (which is common).

Not just what you said above but generations of mixing with other southern European genes (Spain, Italy, Portugal, etc.) has really made it hard to find true ethnic French nowadays. Spanish and Italian last names dominate french culture almost as much as french names.
