On a serious note, I think these are much better comparisons than Greeks/Turks, Germans/Italians, Iranians/Pakistani and Eskimos/Japanese.

Bulgarians and Greeks. Solely because pigmentation wise Bulgarians and Greeks are more similar than French and Iberians. Features are equally different IMO.

French in General lean towards a more northern look, so Greeks, and Bulgarians.

Greek/Bulgarian, but less so people in Central Greece (Attica area), Laconia, or the southernmost islands where they look more like southern Italians.
