Join me for a virtual walking tour through Cluj-Napoca, a city rich with architecture, Gothic churches and medieval towers. Cluj-Napoca (or just Cluj as it is locally known,) is the unofficial capital of Transylvania and hosts the country's largest university, Babeș-Bolyai University, and a vibrant arts scene, encompassing theatre, galleries and music of every genre from jazz, to opera to electronica. Students and artists, bohemian cafes. Our Romanian walk in 4K takes in much of the city's cultural centre including the Central Park, National Theater, Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral, Babes Bolyai University, Museum Square, King Matthias Corvin Statue and St. Michael's Church in Unirii Square.

Traditional cheese making at a Romanian sheepfold from the village of Ucea de Sus, located at the foothill of Făgăraș mountains, in Brașov county. Shepherds milk the sheep at 6 pm, before making sheep cheese specialties: caș, telemea and Romanian urda cheese. The milk is strained and whey is squeezed out. The cheese is left to dry on the cheese stand and the whey is boiled to make urda cheese, a low calories sweet cheese.
