In the Southern countries we have a lot of different dishes, unlike Northern countries. Thats one of the reasons why the Med food is the greatest.
Precisely yesterday I saw in the tv a program of a British called Rick Stein about the Spanish cuisine. The guy went crazy with the Majorcan ensaimadas and our seafood
