I think the 'Russian girls are easy' stereotype is very dependant on whether the male is compatible with them or not. My stereotype of Russian girls is rather that they are old school romantics who expect the male to pay her bills, open the door for her, etc... And the male has to approach her and do all the work to building the relationship or hook-up or whatever his goal is.

Stereotype of course. But the point is, I believe a male pickup artist has to do more work to get a Russian girl than he would were he to pursue a British or Swedish girl. Whether that makes them less easy or more, I dunno, depends on the man. Depends of course where you meet her and what kind of girl she is.
