Bulgaria - lots of immigrants (though nowhere near as many as Poles); women are attractive, less so the men.
FYROM - name dispute with Greece that is a long-running diplomatic pain in the arse.

Every Cuban I've met in New Jersey has looked totally European

One of my best friends is Cuban and he could pass as French even.

Most in the US are, but there are plenty of Black and Mulatto ones too. In Cuba itself, the contemporary population is only about 40% White and the rest Black or (in particular) Mulatto.

Scotland - beautiful country, but they are too prominent in politics relative to their numbers.
Ireland - see above.
Wales - land of rugby, song and manly men.
Italy - see above.
Portugal - a nice country, but they tend to be much more serious and melancholic than their livelier Spanish neighbours.
