Hello Everyone (new member here)

Hey, Ive been browsing the forum and decided to make an account. I haven't had any genetic testing yet but I think it would be interesting, to confirm my origins as such. I am Swedish and Yemeni living in the United States, and always had a great fascination with my Swedish heritage, it seems I will be able to find a good bit of knowledge and material here (hopefully). I do not think I will post my picture here yet, as I have an unfortunate feeling that some people here will take issue with my Yemeni/Jordanian heritage. Maybe, in the future if all goes well.

Welcome bro, and nice to see a fellow Arabian. So is your mom of Arab origins who is from Jordan but traces her roots to the Yemenite tribes. My mom also descent from the Qahtani or the Yemenite tribes but she is from Iraq or are you of Yemenite descent. It would be cool to see your genetic results as well, have you thought of doing a dna test like 23andme, if not you should.

No, it would be very interesting to see what you look like. I'm not forcing you in any way, it's up to you to decide.

Yes exactly, but I may also have ancestry directly from Sana'a. It is nice to see there are other Arabs here as well

I am somewhat apprehensive because of certain posts I have seen here, why would you like to see me, just purely curiosity or.....?

Cool, so what tribe is she from, since I know the tribal geneologies well of all Arabian tribes. Nice, I have always had the utmost respect for the Yemenis. They often come with nothing and find success and only that their great people to have. I am glad to be related to them through my maternal line.
