East Med mixed with Alpine almost all of them. Semitic, as in Lebanese, is minimal.

Modern Syria is a Western invention with absurd rectilinear borders that follow no geographic/ethnic reality. In Levantine Syria (West of Euphrates) people look like that. In Mesopotamian Syria (which is historically, geographically and dialectally part of Iraq), Semitic influence is much more common, but so is Armenoid (we must never forget that Hurrians were of same lineage as ancestors of Armenians, the Urartians).
