Yes, it is what Romanians say, but I wonder from what language it really is. It is not a Romanian word and is thought to be Hungarian.

It's an insult for Magyars, which means "without country" or "without ethnicity".

I don`t know the origins but its a very derogatory term and it should be forbidden by law in Romania. Johanis is already considering to implement this law next year because one of his main goals is a reconciliation of all ethnicities living in Romania

I support Klaus Johanis, not totaliarianism. To finally push Romania in the right direction the eternal ethnical struggles have to end.
The hatchet has to be finally buried. At least to a certain degree.
