Apparently it is Romanian, but created from misspelling of a Hungarian curse word. But people think it means without country in Hungarian.

Because most of Serbs in Croatia were just orthodox Vlachs who were absorbed due do influence of Serbian Orthodox Church.

Konjušar means stable boy and should insult Croats because Croatia was part of Habsburg empire.
