Considering I have Czech ancestors who lived in the 13th century, maybe Czechs. Seriously though, any Czech I have in me is very far back in the 13th century, which I was able to trace it back to that.

Maybe I am wrong, but I perceive Czech more like a mix of Magyars and Germans than true slavs.

I don't know shit about them. I traced it through my Dutch line, the van Alstyne family which came to Netherlands from Czechia in 13th century, original family name was Slavic. They were a noble Czech family originally. I know nothing of Czechs.

I have a positive view of the Czechs, my old ancestors, but I perceive them as a primitive people, but that's good. It means they love their family. They are violent though, like when they expelled the Sudeten Germans after WW2. This is a part of them being primitive, they are not friendly to other nations. Anyways I like them for that. See here Czech attitude towards Germans and Hungarians living in their lands. They are not friendly to their neighbors. This is good though, it will help them from multiculturalism.

Czechs are far from primitive, far. Reserved and not very war-like compAred to other Slavs Their literature and cinematography is great, you should explore it.

I wouldn't generalize, met likable and unlikable people everywhere.
