Does that imply Spanish and Portuguese settlements in the British Isles during ancient times, or do these percentages reflect a more recent infusion of Spanish and/ or Portuguese heritage?

No, Iberian is a neolithic component, it's pretty high in neolithic samples along with West Med, East Med and Italian

It's interesting that you also score paleolithic components like East Central Euro, East Euro, North Atlantic and North Sea, which your cousin doesn't. I wouldn't expect to see someone from Armenia scoring that high, almost the same as Greeks and Albanians do. You also score low Near Eastern.
