In terms of understandability, in this video American is easier to understand and British is the worst.
General speaking, I find Russian funny and Indian annoying.

I don't think that there is such a thing as Indian English simply because what they call English is not English by any stretch of the imagination
Indians are horrible in English . they just simply pay no effort to sound proper at all .
American English is decent and easily understood unless it is "Nasally " and without the overuse of the word "like " as a filler
British accents are horrid too , except the BBC English , it is really pleasant , sophisticated and proper
