could this be the reason why meat and dairy are so promoted and veganism is mocked and frowned upon just to create enough sick people to have customers for the health care industry?!... from human anatomy it seems quite clear we are neither carnivores, grainivores, herbivores nor omnivores but frugivores!

herbivores eat grasses, shoots and leaves.. since when do nuts and fruits classify as herbs and grasses?

by the way humans must cook meat and dairy because they cannot digest it(its not natural food)

and the acidity of animal products makes the human aggressive because his cells get over acidified, our healthy blood should have a ph over 7.2 and when eating meat and dairy and grains which are the most acidic food with a ph under 4 we get sick and nervous(aggressive)

we are neither lions(carnivores) nor bears(omnivores) nor cows(herbivores) nor birds(grainivores) we are frugivores.. we evolved as tropical creatures this is why we need fire and heaters when we live in an environment not suited for us(northern latitude)

all our anatomy is frugivorous and interestingly the longest living populations eat mostly plant foods.. masai and inuit have worst life expectancy they live to be 40..

the reason why western world is so sick and has cancer arthritis etc is because they load up on steaks and hamburgers..



i had the same shit in my family my grandma, my uncle et cetera.. they all had strokes heart attacks obesity and guess what they ate meat the whole day long..
