No and they have Greek ancestry. Turks cluster with Armenians and Iranians, Cypriots btw don't cluster near most Levantines they are intermediate between Levantine and Greeks. Palestinians are not that close to Cypriots they shift toward Bedouins and Druze. Well Lebanese Christians are shifted toward Cypriots, Lebanese Muslims are shifted toward Iranians.

Genetically yes, but phenotypically there is a difference, especially from Persians.

Yes that's indeed, true but for some odd reason Georgians appear very close to Iranians genetic wise, phenotypically their not at all. There is a lot of Georgians that can pass in southeast Europe, but some Georgians also have very typical Near Eastern phenotype but indeed still distinct from Persians. The genetics show them to be not that distant from Iranians, but their phenotype suggest otherwise which interesting but probably this due to climate, diet and probably natural selection as well.

Check the Roman people of Anatolia who exchanged with Turks of West Thracie. They aren't Greek. Just native Anatolians. In same case Cypriots =phalestinians + a little negroid + a little Greek. There are significant differences between Greek and Cypriots, Roman people of Anatolia.

As a result even Turkish Cypriots are lighter than Greek Cypriots.

Cypriots do have basic levantine base but their mixed Greeks. Their intermediate between the two. Also why are you using Palestinian as insult or something. Palestinians shift toward Bedouins and Druze as I have outlined, but Palestinians are mostly similar to Samaritians at least in their autosomes. Most Turkish Cypriots were just Islamized Cypriots they don't differ from the Greek ones, and they usually lack the Mongoloid admixture found in Turks, based on the samples I have seen.

Georgians are quite diverse too. This is the most famous Georgian in Greece:

Some Georgians I know don't look white at all, while others almost look almost Slavic. But overall I guess Georgians are whiter, because they score more Northern European and less Southwest Asian than Cypriots

Here is how they plot also:

Btw, a friend of mine recently married a Georgian girl but she looks Slavic. I was actually surprised to find out she was Georgian.
