I wish I hadn't been fed such crap food when I was younger; I can't really blame my parents for it, because we had some difficult times when frozen and fast food was really all we could get, but I can't help but think I would have turned out healthier if I had eaten better food as a kid. I'm already somewhat tall now, but maybe if I hadn't drunk so much soda and eaten all that shit back then, I would have cleared 6'1 and been an inch or so taller. I don't know if it's true, but I've heard that drinking soda can stunt your growth during the early teenage years.

I don't eat fast food because it is unhealthy and because I'm in the process of getting the body of an underwear model. Looking like an underwear model is at least 70% diet and may be as high as 80% diet. Although, I do work out hard too e.g. jogging and resistance training. In America the higher the social class the thinner the people tend to be. Lower class people in America tend to be fatter. Americans and British people are fatter than French people.
