For those who know something about American college football, Bill played in the Big Shootout, which is a well-known 1969 game between Arkansas (ranked #2) and the University of Texas (ranked #1). Texas barely won, 15-14, but they had to complete a pass on 4th & 3 in the 4th quarter to do it.
