LOL, no it does not. Wide hips and narrow waist is the most unattractive phenotype ever. Even worse if you are tall, it's the least stable architecture possible on a human body. Being high and top heavy makes you literally a "push over". If your shoulders are going to be broad, you had better have wide hips both sagittally and transversely and you better not be too tall. There's nothing that women are repulsed by more than small waists and males who are too tall to gain any musculature at all.
