It's artificial. Bosnia and Croatia both wanted to secede from Yugoslavia. The shared a common goal.

Those videos are made by so called botanists, since Muslims in Bosnia were once reffered as "Croatian Flowers" Anti-national "nationalists" who still follow silly ideas from 1941. I do not see why are Bosnian Muzzies lesser enemies to us than Serbs. 300 Catholic churches were torn down by their hand, mass crimes such as Grabovica, Trusina and similar.

Croatia has no friends or allies east of her, except maybe Bulgaria, but we are too far.
