You have to take it slooowww, you need to practice it. What's the point of learning it if you can't read it or speak it fluently. Practice it until it is 100% down pat. Tuve este problema con espanol.

I see.. Are you studying translating into Portuguese or English?

I've heard of one guy who listened to German films and studied the language and was able to speak it pretty fluently in time. Maybe watching things in the language you want to learn, in conjunction with Rosetta Stone or something might help.

I see. Spanish must be very hard for those who don't have contact with Latin languages. Same as me, I don't have contact with Germanic languages. So, it's hard. How did you learn it? Seeing videos, verbs, etc etc?

The only hint for learning a language, specially for those which are not sister ones, is having some real motivation, will and time. There is no hocus pocus or magical solutions for it.

I started off with it at school, we learned a language every year in MS. Spanish was relatively simple, except all the branches of words and all that. I am still learning it more at HS.
