You have to take it slooowww, you need to practice it. What's the point of learning it if you can't read it or speak it fluently. Practice it until it is 100% down pat. Tuve este problema con espanol.

I've heard of one guy who listened to German films and studied the language and was able to speak it pretty fluently in time. Maybe watching things in the language you want to learn, in conjunction with Rosetta Stone or something might help.

The only hint for learning a language, specially for those which are not sister ones, is having some real motivation, will and time. There is no hocus pocus or magical solutions for it.
