Default Which Latin American Countries have, in your opinion, the highest degree of Spanish Ancestry

Which of these Latin American countries, do you think have the highest degree of Spanish ancestry in their whole genome, taking into account their whole populations, and taking into account not only the proportion of fully Spanish descendants, but also the overall degree of Spanish admixture in their average miscegenation.

This is a multiple choice question, and I would appreciate if you specify a ranking in your response.

Probably Uruguay and Argentina despite having an important Italian input.

    Latinamerican upperclass people.

In many latinamerican countries middle class people have a good amount of spaniard ancestry , but they are also mixed.

The only latinamerican places where most of the average people could fit in Spain would be in Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Entre Rios and Cordoba provinces in Argentina and southern Uruguay, but many of them are of non spaniard ancestry or partially nonspaniard.

What about Argentina, Chile and Uruguay??

Most of the Argentinean and Uruguayan population is made up of European descendants, mainly of Spanish and/or Italian descent (aside of some minorities of other European origin other than Spanish or Italian). And these two countries have both many Euro-mestizos (harnizos and castizos) with a lot of Spanish ancestry, among their respective non-white populations.

Chile is a predominantly harnizo/castizo country, and the main European ancestry in its Euro-mestizo majority is Spanish. Then, Chile has also a sizable white population, and a good percentage of its white/quasi-white population, is made up of people whose main ancestry is Spanish and/or Spanish/Basque (without negating that there is also some important presence of Chileans with some degree of Croatian, British, German, French, and Italian origin, among others).

Paraguay and Costa Rica (as in the case of Chile), are also predominantly Euro Mestizo countries, with a huge degree of Spanish admixture in their average miscegenation, and I think they also have important white/quasi-white minorities, with many direct Spanish descendants. In the case of Costa Rica, mainly Spanish descendants in its white/quasi-white population, and in the case of Paraguay, many Spanish, Italian and German descendants in its white/quasi-white population.

And don't forget that in most of the Colombian Andes (where about 70% of the Colombian population lives), most of the population is within the mestizo/Euro-mestizo/white range, and the main European ancestry in the Colombian andes (admixed or not) is Spanish.

Well, I am not asking only about fully Spanish descendants, or about people in those countries that would pass as fully Spaniards, I am asking about overall degree of Spanish admixture in their whole populations, counting fully Spanish descendants, as well as people with a high degree of Spanish admixture (including whites, mestizos, and Euro-mestizos).

the biggest spanish diaspora in the world can be found in Argentina, and it has been that way since late XIX century.
