So I've fluctuated in weight a significant amount of times, during my life : I've been overweight, more than overweight (obese), and thin but for most of life I've been thin. In the past 4 months I have lost over 40 pounds of fat. I'm about 5'11 or maybe a little bit more. I was 216 pounds and now I'm 174.8 pounds. If anyone doubts that I'll have the body of an under model, soon, just keep in mind I lost over 40 pounds of fat in just 4 months. I need to establish some credibility here so I'll post some pictures to prove that I have lost weight (you can see it just in my face alone) :

No, this is not a vain narcissistic thread I only post my pictures to establish credibility on being an expert on losing weight. I'm really starting this thread to help people lose weight.
Anyway, if anyone has any questions on how to lose weight or the best ways to lose weight or what is hype and bullshit in the billion dollar weight loss industry and what is not etc.. just ask me ( Also, I could also answer questions on not just how to lose weight but how to get lean and toned etc..) That is what this thread is for : to help people who want to lose weight lose weight. I'm going to be busy tonight but I will get around to answering any questions eventually.
