There is no way that can be objectively true I had a BMI of about 30 which put me at higher risk for certain cancers and also at risk for heart disease. I also had high triglycerides in my blood. I lost weight and now I have healthy triglyceride levels. I now have a normal BMI which means I have a significantly lower risk for heart disease (especially since I jog and eat healthy) and certain cancers etc... also, it is no secret that people think thin people are better looking than fat people. Maybe you think I look better in the other picture because the lighting is shitty in the second photo.

There are some people who have very slow metabolism. Before I would feel frustrated with food. I can even stop eating for a whole week and only live on water during those days. Nothing else works. Plus I feel a high when my stomach is empty. Plus Desaix sig has truth in it. Nothing tastes better than fit. I just have to look an obese women to stop eating.
Anyways rather be dead than be a typical American girl. How depressing.
The Marxist whore Kate Millet 1969:“How do we destroy the family?” she came back.“By destroying the American Patriarch,” they cried exuberantly.“And how do we destroy the American Patriarch?” she replied.“By taking away his power!”“How do we do that?”“By destroying monogamy!” they shouted.“How can we destroy monogamy?”“By promoting promiscuity, eroticism, prostitution and homosexuality!” they resounded.

You are right : the only way to lose weight and keep it off forever is diet and exercise. Everything else is a fad and a delusion. It is also not healthy to lose more than about 2 pounds a week and it goes without saying bulimia and anorexia are not healthy for other reasons too. Of course a lot of people want to lose weight for superficial 'looks' reasons but they should also do it for health which means bulimia and anorexia are not valid options IMO.

I can't tell if you are joking or not because I've heard you call yourself ugly in at least one thread. My goal is to have the body of an underwear model (I need to lose about 10 pounds) but not because I want to be a model. Anyway, the male model look is basically a physically fit look so diet alone won't be enough. To get the body of a male model you have to exercise too. If you are not joking then I will give you diet tips and also exercise tips too but please respond to let me know you are serious first.

I agree with most of what you say except the smoking because that will interfere with your cardio performance, in the long run, and you will lose more weight, in the long run, if you can increase your cardio performance by 10% a week. I also disagree because it is not healthy. Anyway, eating 5-6 small meals a day is better than eating the standard 3 meals. Also, I would add that the plate should be mostly vegetables and lean meat. The smaller carb portions should be only complex non-processed carbohydrates and when a man is trying to really get under 10% body fat it is a good idea to eat about 100 grams or less of carbs a day.
Also, it is a good idea to calculate your basal metabolic rate eat around that but when you are really active you have to use a mathematical formula to increase it over your rate somewhat because you are not sedentary.

So, anyway if one is doing cardio then one should try to increase it by 10% (in speed or distance) a week and things like apples and green tea help with your cardio because they have quercetin in them and quercetin can increase your cardio performance by up to 13%. Also, green tea helps with weight loss in other ways too. Also, omega 3 fatty acids can help with cardio performance etc..
