Default arabs of hejaz a different stock??

Are the original families who lived in hejaz of different stock than other arabs?http://www.theapricity.com/snpa/chapter-XI2.htm
In this article the writer says they have a non mediterranean phenotype
also I remember seeing the physical description of the prophet of islam and a couple of his companions also they dont seem to fit into mediterranean category since theyre hejazis that gives a point
    so what do you think???

Yes Hejazis are highly mixed with Muslims from all over the world. However the prophet and his family were Arabid. If you look at the modern paintings of Ali they look Persian rather than Arabian, this can also influence others, or the old paintings of The prophet making him and the Arabians look Mongoloid which comes again from the Turko-Persian tradition.

Indeed. I have been to Hussyenia before and the pictures of the 12 Imamss and Ali all looked Iranian. Ali looks very Iranic not like an Arab the beard and the features. Arabs never depicted the household as they believed it was disrespectful. As for the Hejaz it's basically Islamic Brazil.

The Hejaz is located very close proximity to North-east and east Africa, and they are highly mixed with regions from all over the world. The Nejd people are far more conservative and extreme than their Hejazi counterparts.

but im talking about pre islamic hejazis and pre huge mixture from all the world
in the article they said original families of hejaz men were
long bodied with very wide shoulders medium to tall stature very strong facial and physical hair with aquline fleshy noses and semitic facial structure with skin color from olive white to light brown to medium brown
also I never said I looked at depictions of them I red about them in hadiths
so if given those physical traits I said can you guess the phenotype ? im guessing like a mountain adapted version of arabids or proto semitic mediterranean variety
    any thoughts?

    Pre-Islamic Hejaz was also multi-racial

Some of Mohammed (pbuh)'s companions were ethnically Ethiopian, Persian, Greco-Roman (probably Anatolian)...he had a Coptic wife, and so on.

The Quraish who were the most prominent tribe in Hejaz were Ishmaelites related to the Arabs to the north and north east, rather than the Judeo-Christian Qahtanites from south Arabia.
