This article goes to show a couple things. For one, any time someone uses the phrase "institutional racism", to get the true meaning, you need to substitute the phrase "negroAfrican screw ups".

For example, they say:

--We should fight institutional racism by holding our elected officials' feet to the fire in terms of public policy reforms.

what the real truth is:

We should fight black screw ups by holding our elected officials' feet to the fire in terms of public policy reforms.

Another example, they say:

--"We also have a need to acknowledge and combat institutional racism."

the truth is:

--We also have a need to acknowledge and combat negro screw ups.

Again, the lie:

--But there is another reason, namely, institutional racism in housing, labor and lending

versus, the truth:

--But there is another reason, namely, negro screw ups in housing, labor and lending

For you see, these negro liberals constantly spin a Great Lie, a mind numbing exercise in misinformation and propaganda. The overwhelming reality is that blacks cause 99% of their own problems through their own behaviors and attitudes. The more screwed up they get, the more they are trained to blame Whites for their problems. When there is absolutely no evidence of any intentional discrimination, they blame the mythical beast known as Institutional Racism. World cup 2010 will be faulted on Apartheid

Once you train your racialist critical thinking skills, you learn to see the truth behind any of their misinformation attempts. For example, when they say:

--"The problem is that income equality is not translating into wealth equality and economic security for black households",

you learn to recognize the truth: black incomes are up, but they are foolishly squandering their money more than ever, failing to translate their rising incomes into long term wealth.

See how it works? Soon you too can become in expert in spotting excuse-making and responsibility-denial. It takes years of university MIS-EDUCATION for blacks to acquire these skills, but you can learn to shoot down their lies and blow up their false excuses in mere hours.

I consider my blog(Confidential) a Graduate Level course in destroying liberal racist lies. Oddly enough, though I am often called a racist hater, as with almost everything concerning liberalism, the opposite is the truth: what I say is exactly what a friend of the negro race would say, if he earnestly desired them to improve their lives and better their situations.

Maybe the black elite of the country, such as the intellectuals who write for The Grio and Black Management Forum, should spend more time convincing the negro-masses to confront their own problems and deficiencies, rather than giving them a graduate lesson in excuse-making and race-card-playing, which are pathological attitudes that only serve to keep them down.
