Both Arvanite and Arbereshe sound like Albanian mixed with foreign accents,, Arbereshe sounds like Albanian with strong italian accent, while Arvanite sounds like Albanian with strong greek accent, regardless... they sound like gypsies speaking to me.

Also, there isn't really much genetic difference between Arbereshe in italy and Albanians in Tirana, where all i2a, r1a, E, r1b and J2 is high. most of balkans is genetically admixed. Take a look at all the EV-13 in south slavs, lmao.....

surnames are not always to trust though when it comes to Albanians, Arbereshe have italianized names, like joseph di guardi. and arvanite probably have hellenized names... while Albanians in balkan have changed names many times through centuries, some even taking names from villages they lived in etc. allot even co-existed with slavs and carried slavic names. same goes with co-existants among greeks... kinda like the Aromanians.
