I gotta be honest. I don't notice flawed English that often. It's because I focus on the message more than on the grammar. It's as if I'm reading a message regardless of the language. Though every language does have its character and language isn't but a 'mode of communication' and humans certainly aren't robots. I still see the message conveyed over the precise wording which my brain filters.
