Well, I think Roman patricians had a good amount of fair people among them (cause they got mainly Indoeuropean blood...for the Iron age invasors into Lazio from Center Europe). Egyptian case is more debatable issue, probably royal families along the centuries were from all races still present at current Egypt (although less mixtured than today), although if one of them was clear was Ptolemaican one: with a cristal clear historical origin at Greece.
