Denmark+Norway- These are kind of iffy circumstances, but Britain was going to occupy both nations and this would cut of Germany's supply of iron, but Germany only occupied them to prevent Britain from doing the exact same thing.
Netherlands+Belgium- Both violate neutrality and allow British planes to go through their territory as to bomb Germany, but not vice versa, so Hitler invades to prevent either country from facilitating Allied troops later on in the war.
France- France was obviously hostile to Germany and they declared war on Germany first.
Britain- same as above
Yugoslavia- They joined the allies after a coup.
Greece- Definitely they were treated poorly by some Muslim volunteers, but Germany had strict guidelines for soldiers and so it isn't their fault. Anyways, Greece was in conflict with Germany's ally, so Hitler intervened and helped Italy.
USSR - The USSR was hostile to nearby nations and negotiations between Germany and the USSR broke down when the USSR basically would not compromise. Also, when Germany invaded the troops on the border were in an Offensive position. This means that the USSR must have been staging an invasion but was preemptively struck before they could.
