It's the mass that matters, sincle blacks and mixed individuals would be totally uninteresting in a population of millions, they simply don't count. But we speak currently of a population substitution rather, like Europeans substituted Amerindians or Pacific populations in the Colonial area, it's basically the same process, partly even faster than then!
Yes - and in France and England this was probably even more common than in the Holy Roman Empire (Germany didn't exist then). However, the majority of these negroes did not marry local women - or marry at all. The scale of miscegenation was low and did not materially affect the racial composition of the majority population.
