Balkan People Bad Temper

I have read online that Balkan people are notorious for having bad tempers, Croats, Albos and Serbs especially, is this true?
Ive had a bad temper since I was a kid, when I used to live in England as a kid, some kids would joke about me and then I kicked their asses (my friends still comment this today) and im still like that, easily provoked.
I had never heard about this stereotype until a couple of weeks ago, so I ask is this legit ? Or do I just need to go to the psychiatrist ?

It is simple: lower IQ (due to several factors) and the fact they didn't go through some of the genetic selections that made Western Europeans and Northern Europeans less violent and less anxious.
