something interesting about this study is that it has 16.000 SAMPLES!

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3137678/

The final sample size that was utilized in the phenotypic analyses included 16800 individuals had complete phenotypic information (11712 self– identified AFA and 5088 self– identified HA).

The African American subject set showed the following admixture contributions EUR, 0.225 AFR, 0.757 AMI, 0.019
The Hispanic American subject set showed the following admixture contributions: EUR, 0.597 AFR, 0.135 AMI 0.267

Anyway, its interesting to see that people from the public hospital living in 1st urban belt of Buenos Aires province(outside os Bs As city) were more european than people from private hospital in Bs As city

I see that your 128 samples show very similar results of that study! !!!

    Chile

    http://journals.plos.org/plosgenetic...l.pgen.1006756
A lot of attention has been paid to Latino heterogeneity related to individual proportions of Native American, European and African ancestry. The importance of the type of Native American ancestry for health, however, has hardly been studied. Here we examined genetic data from 2,039 admixed Chileans to investigate possible associations between top causes of death and the two major types of Native American ancestry in Chile. Our findings demonstrate the necessity of suitable surrogates for ancestry estimation which mirror the actual composition of the study population, and the advantage of considering fine-scale Latino heterogeneity for unraveling of disease etiology and personalized healthcare.

This study has some great things in supporting information like acnestry depending on social class..

The upper class is 13% more european than the rest for example.

Admixture was observed between European (median proportion 85.3), African (6.6), and Native American (6.3) ancestries, with a strong inverse correlation between the African and European ancestry scores (ρ = -0.93; p<0.001).

Not so much considering that shortly after colonization the upper class was 100% more European than the conquered population. The upper class was imported from Europe, and indigenous elites (wherever they existed) were either downgraded to low status or quickly intermarried with Europeans. In Mexico also first intermarriages were with indigenous aristocracy, not with indigenous peasants.
