To me Irish and British look the same (speaking of main types - KN, Brunn, Atlantid). Just Irish are a bit slimmer and with healthier look. Could be because they are mostly a village population with more traditional lifestyle.

The Irish are as a whole slightly paler than the British, though Scots are just about the same. They also have a higher ratio of blue eyes than the British as a whole.
