There are a lot of people here who are entirely Irish. The Irish have a lot of Nordid traits. Even French Canadians do. The English colonials here do too. So its no shock. Whats odd about my family is the German ancestry.

Germans didn't settle in new England. They did in New York and Pennsylvania. But yes the German/Nordid influence is noticeable I think in my mothers family. My dad inherited a pseudo French look. I have been told I look English or Belgian by people here.

Well, I think you are wrong. There's not much nordid shown in these pics anyway.

Nordid is a pretty reduced type, and distinct from anglo saxon, too. Some irish people have nordic influence but nordid not that much. Quite a bit of borreby and some troender influence but I don't think I ever saw irish person who was obviously nordid.

Grace, look at the trivia section on her IMDB entry. It mentions that she has Irish, as well as English and Scottish ancestry. You're slipping.

Miss Ireland, a beautiful girl, looks like the quintessential American beauty pageant contestant. I could see her waving atop a float during a Saint Patrick's Day parade in Boston, Charleston, New York or Tennessee. She somewhat reminds me of the little blonde actress on "True Blood".

Yes I just checked and her maternal grandparents were Scots and English. Oh well she is still majority Irish and was born in Boyle. I'm sure there might be more people like that.
