    Default APL - Anti-Paki League

Does anyone remember this from school graffiti in the 1970s? I'm sure there was never a real organisation of that name, but now there can be. If anyone is interested in forming one, please contact me via our website linked below (regardless of what you might think of Sovereign Mercia). For a start off we can organise campaigns to boycott all Muslim businesses - curry houses, taxis, corner shops etc. Just little things - refusing to shake the hands of Muslims at work, or to speak to anyone who covers her face up. Nothing violent, just things to make our point.

    - And getting fired for a small organization with no political influence? Most people are not in a position nor willing to risk their personal economy(to be able to maintain a lifestyle or family), especially with nothing to be accomplished from the sacrifice except public ridicule. No great inducement, Wulfhere.

    Unfortunately, yes. If we're serious.

I do that anyway. I don't like cockroach shit and Muslim spit in my food, for some odd reason.

You have an enormous point here, but if I were to avoid their shops and restaurants, the options are pretty dire.

There are no English restaurants in London but for a tiny few, and they employ foreigners anyway. I could probably live without restaurant food, however, and so this leaves the shops:

The best local shop here is Lebanese and this cannot be helped.

There is a greengrocer within my block, who is English, but she is overpriced, which leaves the supermarkets and the nearest Waitrose is in Belgravia and I would have to walk past the local Lebanese shop, and (naff) Sainsbury's to get there and go right up the hill.

I could order online, but that is hardly practical.

I too am inconvenienced in such ways. But if we want to actually do something rather than just talk about it, I can think of no better way to start. A grass roots campaign.

This all sounds rather English. Too much talking, more bombing.

The best grass roots campaign which I can think of one which targets the naff 'finger roll' type Parkerstarney shop and the Jew-permarkets* at the same time.

Solution: the establishment of local buying co-operatives.

    There is a link here:

    http://www.makinglocalfoodwork.co.uk/about/fcbg/index.cfm

The problem is that this link is encouraging people to work for such a project on the basis that they are volunteers and that the venture should be not-for-profit. This is not necessary, and in fact, these traits are faults which resulted in the failure of many radical projects in the 1960s and 1970s.

Why run a business if not for profit?

    * I am not an anti-Semite, just think it is a bit funny, that's all.
