Default Where would you study abroad?

If you were given the opportunity in college/university (or if you could return/join college) where in the world would you study and why (ex: to learn the language, religious reasons, beautiful landscape, because of the people, history, because of your major, etc.)?

I want to study in Spain (Granada or Málaga? Not sure, do you have any advice on best place to study in Spain?) because I want to learn the language and get a taste of Spanish culture. My next choice would be Germany, then Greece. However, if my Uni had the option to go to Finland, you bet I would.

Australia, maybe? Great nature, fascinating culture/history, and very pretty girls, from what I've seen... But frankly, as someone who's never left my native country, I'd love to visit pretty much any place.

    Us or UK.

I'll have least problem with the language and besides it's where everyone goes these days.

It is hard to beat MIT for my major (I'm getting my Master's degree currently I put it off until now) but it would have to be Cambridge UK simply because it is the highest ranking school for my major in Europe (4th in the world) although some UK members here might take umbrage at the notion that it is a European university but technically, geographically, the UK is in Europe even if it isn't attached the the mainland. It has nothing to do with culture for me and everything to do with the quality of the school and academics but I think it would be awesome because it would give me an excuse to dress like in the Young Fogey style from the T.V. miniseries Brideshead Revisited (even though true young fogeys go to Oxford probably) :

""Young fogey" is a term humorously applied, in British context, to some younger-generation, rather buttoned-down writers and journalists, such as Simon Heffer, Charles Moore and, for a while, A. N. Wilson. The term is attributed to Alan Watkins writing in 1984 in The Spectator.

"Young fogey" is still used to describe conservative young men (aged approximately between 15 and 40) who dress in a vintage style (usually that of the 1920s-1950s, also known as the "Brideshead" look (after the influence of the Evelyn Waugh novel Brideshead Revisited), and who tend towards erudite, conservative cultural pursuits." - -wikipedia

I have studied abroad in Germany and India (I am returning to the latter in less than a month).

I would study in Iceland (they will pay foreigners to study the Old Norse Sagas), or Germany (they have good Indological and Germanic/Indo-European language programs).

If I had the opportunity to study and live in a different country then I would choose England,Germany,Netherlands,Italy,Eastern Norway,France,Denmark,Australia or New Zealand. I couldn't possibly list all of the reasons why I would go to each country. I'm not saying these are the only countries I would go to. They're just in my top ten.

I would pick the UK, Germany or Australia. Maybe I will do a master in any of those countries when I'm finished with my bachelor. I am thinking maybe some master in signal processing, if anyone here knows a good master in that field. I would be glad to get some advice
