Default Different accents within your country

In England almost every town has a slightly different spoken accent and there are clear differences for about six different regions. Is this true for other European countries?

Also, I know about the famous American accents but do they differ around Australia, New Zealand and Canada as well?

The dialects of the Netherlands differ so greatly that you won't be able to understand them if you aren't from the region. They're almost entirely different languages; I can only understand some words said in the above video.

In New Zealand there is a little variation in accent, though obviously not as much as we have in Britain. In the South Island, particularly towards the south, they roll their Rs a bit. That's where more of the Scots settled. I used to also hear a slightly different accent among young Maori on the trains into Auckland. I'm not the best at distinguishing different accents though.

My country has many different accents, but I've heard that only brazilians or people who are used to these accents realize the differences.

Yes. There are different accents everywhere.

What I'd ask is whether accent neutralization is also happening in your countries.
