Haha well sort off, all Balkan people : Slavs, Albanians and even Greeks ( I think ) have this.
From what i've seen with my other Slav ( not South Slav ) friends is that they are easily provoked drunk, while sober not so much while Balkanics get super angry as soon as you call their Mother a whore even as a joke. The user Veneda said so to, it's more South Slavs and less other Slavs.

For example my friends mother who is Polish tells him ( she had been to Yugoslavia back in the day ) don't provoke your friend ( me ) because i've seen those Balkan people they go beserk at the minimal thing
