Most Entente armies were equiped with french helmet "Adrian", i've read that some helmets delivered by France to italian army, wore again the mention "RF" république française ( french republic ).
American and british helmets were very similars, initially i believed american wore british helmets but it wasn't the case.

And a couple of French experimental ones
Maybe it looks amusingly today and can not save from bullet, but in respect that this war was stationary primarily and majority of losses was from artillery fire and shell fragments, these helmets might save many lives if army adopt it in time
