Yes,Austria looks good.I would choose to live near the border with my ancestral land,Veneto.

its not much different then being an ausländer in a other european or any country in the world, its never 100% easy to be foreigner

Yeah I know,,,but it's better to live in with your own people in your society, given you have the choice. Living in a foreign society, where values are different from yours, is not the most pleasant of things...
