It's a simple question. Do you see Him as Light, Life, Love, a positive Force that animates the universe and keeps the laws of nature in place? I see God as a prime cause not independent of what He caused. Love is a human feeling of positive relationships with each other and the world around you. Light is an obvious thing because as far as can be seen, the light of the sun sustains and quickens life and in any other planet of any other life zone, the same thing would be apparent. Life, as contained in the biosphere of this planet is something we all share in and by random selection and evolution we are able to communicate with each other. How do we interact with God? We interact with each other and we give and take from the environment, that's how. If the interaction is positive, if our actions produce positive results and we care for each other, I think we are in harmony with the universe and whatever made the mass condense just before the Big bang dispersed it. I think time, as it had a beginning, will also have an end. Our planet will eventually be swallowed up by the sun as it becomes a red giant before it disperses into the vacuum of space. Our species will go extinct and all the knowledge we've accumulated will go for nothing and that's what happens. What good is knowledge except to the one who will use it? If religion and philosophy have both failed, if scientists are at the vanguard of crusaders for Truth with a capital T, then if we wish to intelligently speak about anything, we'd better catch up and modify those things that need it.
